Create an account: Register at https://erp.strutstechnology.co.ke/register with the business name and an email address. The Starter plan is free for one user. 2. Add products: Enter what you sell, with a price and a stock quantity. Starter includes up to 20 products. Business and Enterprise include unlimited products. 3. Record a sale: Sell from the Struts ERP point of sale in the browser, or install the Windows, macOS, Debian/Ubuntu, or Android app. Stock and the customer record update from that sale. 4. Submit to KRA eTIMS when a sale should be filed: Review the invoice, then submit it. Nothing is filed until that step. Struts ERP can prepare a sale and submit an electronic tax invoice to KRA eTIMS. A synced invoice from Xero or another system is not sent to KRA until you submit it.
